Santosh Kumar M K is a Principal Technical Architect at Tech Mahindra with over 25 years of relevant experience in end-to-end realization of highly scalable and available systems in multiple domains and technologies primarily Telecom (BSS/OSS), Hospitality & Manufacturing. He has architected and designed products for end-to-end integration of BSS/OSS components in the telecom domain including CRM, Self-Care, OCS, billing, provisioning (OSS) & financial systems. Santosh is an expert in business intelligence/analytics for customer experience management and has expertise in distributed data stores like Hadoop, cloud deployments, SOA, REST, BPM, JEE, Java & web technologies. Currently, Santosh is working as a Sr. Architect at dynacommerce. In his past roles, he has worked as a Principal Technical Architect at Tech Mahindra and a System Architect at Siemens. At Siemens, he interacted with various customers for sales and technical workshops, responses to RFP/RFQ, RFE, and architected and designed telecom enterprise systems for NSN’s unified charging and billing solution. He also designed business intelligence/analytics solutions using both traditional DWH and Big-Data concepts, decomposed business requirements to user stories, and provided technical realization concepts. Santosh reduced the total cost of ownership by the use of open-source OEM software and drove the activities to obtain SID certification for the product from TM Forum. Santosh has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gulbarga University and has completed his education from Kendriya Vidyalaya. He has knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TMF Frameworx, Oracle AIA, TOGAF, Zachman. He is a technically driven person who leads projects, teams, and maintains strict quality focus. He also leads presales consulting, customer negotiations, responds to RFP/RFQ and post-sales support. Santosh's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, Java, Hadoop, Integration, and Web.
